No. Your plan gives you a number of emails each month, and emails you don't use don't carry over. Pick the volume you actually send; you can change it any time.
Yes, any time. Moving to a bigger plan or volume starts as soon as the prorated difference is paid. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
Three: a DKIM record that signs your email, a record for a bounce subdomain, and a DMARC record. Your existing SPF record stays exactly as it is, so the email you already send keeps working. We check the records for you and tell you when your domain is ready.

Email Sending is for email people expect: receipts, codes, alerts and notices to your own customers and members. Bought, rented or scraped lists and unsolicited bulk email (spam) are not allowed. If bounces or spam reports climb too high, sending is paused until it is fixed.
